Volcanito revisited

When I had filed and sanded away a LOT of the briar head of the intended Volcanito, I realised that it had deranged totally from my first sketch and, disappointed, I decided to stop working on it.

I fitted it with a brass ring and a horn stem and gave it away to my daughter who had been nagging me for months about a pipe of her own. I even found her sneaking a few tokes on my unlit pipes ;)

So it´s back to the drawing desk with a new piece of briar. I'm not sure I will do a Volcanito though... the piece which is next in turn seems more fit for a Tankard type...
