New-old finding
I went to this farm this year again, to take care of three horses, two dogs, one cat and one goat(!).
When I packed I decided to bring the hood cap sweater my S.O had given me a month or two ago, but which I had only worn once. As I got to the farm I put it on and there was a small bulge in one of the pockets. I reached in to pull out - my long since missing brand-new estate honey-cured Yello-Bole Prince! I had been missing it ever since I bought it off of eBay!
The funny thing is that I already have an exact miniature of this pipe, also an unsmoked honey-cured Yello-Bole prince. I have been planning to take a picture of them both in pristine state. side-by-side with their remarcably yellow innards of the bowls and until then I cannot bring myself to smoke it (if indeed even then).
I shall take a picture as soon as I get back home so that you will be able to see them. Can't wait.
Oh, and I had to buy another pipe. A Dollar "Singel Lyx", a Swedish-made pipe with a construction not unlike the Falcon only no aluminium stem, but rather a nylon one. The only metal on the pipe is a ring under the bowl which helps give a more secure seal to the stem/dome of it. It's a nice, very strict classic Billiard with some nice flame grain, and at app. $20 price a fabulous smoker!
I do recommend it to anyone who enjoys smoking metal pipes like Falcon, Alco, Kirsten and what have you...
